Ep #076: Setting Your One Year Plan (2020 Goals)

We have arrived at the final step of our Reverse Goal Setting process… step 4. Remember, this series will teach you – from start to finish – to set goals like you never have before.  Because the way we set them, actually allows us to accomplish them. Let’s dive in. 

Here are some highlights:

Step Four in our Reverse Goal Setting process allows us to finally set our goals for next year but we follow the same process as before.  We look at our 3 year milestones and determine what we need to accomplish by the end of next year to be on pace to hit our 3 year milestone.  This gives us our 1 year plan, effectively our 2020 goals but with a true connection to what we want to accomplish with our business and life.

Remember, we are going through this process to create the version of the future we are actually willing to work for.

You cannot accomplish this step without first creating your five year vision (episode #074) and calculating your 3 year milestones (episode #075).

If you follow along with the episode, this process will be a breeze to determine what you need to accomplish next year.

But remember, the easy part is setting our goals. The hard part is making them happen. So even though this series has walked you through the entire Reverse Goal Setting process, we will shift to best practices on accomplishing our goals next week
